FOUNDED

CheckPlanAct established with a clear focus
 
Founded with a singular focus: business transformation and enterprise planning for Sales & Supply Chain operations. Built by practitioners who had led transformations from the inside at global companies, not from consulting firms.

2023

FIRST MAJOR GLOBAL PROGRAM

L’Oréal Consumer Products Europe — Build & Deploy begins
 
CheckPlanAct takes on end-to-end responsibility for L’Oréal’s Commercial Planning transformation across European Consumer Products — covering Process Design, Anaplan architecture, integration design, and deployment in 20+ markets. This program is still active and expanding today.

2023

CORPORATE ESTABLISHMENT & ANAPLAN PARTNERSHIP

CheckPlanAct FZE LLC established in Sharjah, UAE
 
Formal corporate entity established in the Sharjah Free Zone to serve clients across Europe and the Middle East. In the same year, CheckPlanAct became an Anaplan Professional Services provider — complementing platform implementations with process design, change management, and deployment capabilities.

2025

Anaplan selects CheckPlanAct to co-design the TPM application
 
Leveraging deep expertise in large-scale commercial transformation, CheckPlanAct was selected by Anaplan to actively contribute to the design, validation, and deployment of Anaplan’s own Commercial Planning & Trade Promotion Management (TPM) application. CheckPlanAct now helps shape Commercial Planning best practices and target operating models across global regions — in direct collaboration with Anaplan’s product and go-to-market teams.

CheckPlanAct achieves full EMEA partner status with an international presence spanning UAE, Turkey, UK, France, Spain, Denmark, and India.
